Plastering

I'm removing 2 walls in Onehunga to make the lounge open plan. The walls are for an office/sunroom and are non load bearing and I require some plastering once they are removed. The walls are approx 4 meters high so i need someone to gib stop the 2 walls where the gib will be patched once the walls are gone, and also the ceiling. See pic below, both these walls are being removed, the left hand wall is approx 1800 long and the right wall approx 4 meters They are being removed in 4 days so I'm looking for someone who can do it this week so I can paint next week.
