We have two hairline cracks under windows and a few small corner chips that we require replastered and sealed. No painting required. The house has been repainted in the last 2 years. The hair line cracks appear to be expansion and not a result of damage. The chips to the corners are from a garden hose rubbing and lawnmower wheel contact..
