Plastering old Gib

We have stripped the old wallpaper and wish to get the walls plastered so we can paint 2 bedrooms, and also wallpaper a stairwell. We have 2 rooms of approx 11 square meters of wall in each room. We also want to re-wallpaper the stairwell and will probably need plastering the joins etc Approx 11 m2
