Cracked plastering front and back wall needs repair

I recently bought a terrace house that has the plaster cracking on the front and back wall of a small townhouse. This apartment block has previously been notorious for being leaky - and has Harditex walls, so will require a true professional, preferably a Master Plasterer (is there such a thing?) I'm looking for a reliable, professional and experienced plasterer/painter as this may well be an ongoing care job where I will need your services to repaint the house every 5-7 years as well as this time around. This is a 2 storey townhouse in Grafton. Settlement day isn't until 2nd July, so will need someone in then. Not sure what other details to provide.
