- Looking to have a room in a bungalow skim coated. - Room is circa 3.6m x 3.6m with two doors and one window. Ceiling height is 3 meters, with a picture rail at 2.4 meters and pressed plaster above that. Current construction is plaster board up to 2.4 meters, then pressed plaster to the room and on the roof. We are looking to have the entire room skim coated. Room is circa 3.6 x. 3.6
