Two small areas to plaster and skim!

Hi. We have two areas that need work. One will need plastering and the other skimming (there is gib up and we need the next step) I have attached pictures of the two areas. Area 1 - plastering. We removed an old built in wardrobe so need the wall and bit of the ceiling plastered again. In the picture you will see wooden planks and a metal rod but all this will be removed beforehand. Area 2 - skimming. We built a wardrobe frame and applied gib so will now need it skimmed. They are not big areas. We are looking to get this done ASAP

Brad was great. The only trades person who came to look at the job beforehand and then he quoted. Great communication and time keeping. We were extremely happy with the work completed. One of the jobs was an awkward plastering job and Brad did a fantastic job on it. They were very friendly, we had a young baby in the house and they were very considerate about trying to work around nap times etc. We will 100% use these guys again and will highly recommend to others.
