Re-roofing a ground level extension has damaged stucco plaster work. A small re-plastering job to repair the stucco above the new roof flashing. Additionally we'd like new stucco over the flashing joint as this was recommended by the roofers. Easy access down a shared driveway, extension is at ground level with access on both sides of the house.

We contacted Les to do some plastering over some flashing after a roof replacement. He was professional enough to point out the flashing work (done by another company) wasn't good enough and was unlikely to be waterproof, despite the fact the (dodgy) roofers had simply told us to 'plaster over it'. Thanks to Les' professionalism and honesty we got the roof sorted by another company, which unfortunately means we didn't have any work for him as they cut the flashing in properly. However if we do need any plaster work done in the future I won't hesitate to contact him since he's a patient, professional that won't bullshit you.
