Interior skim/plaster - entire house 100sqm

Needing skim/plastering done on interior of 110sqm home. All rooms (4 bedrooms, hallway, living/kitchen space) to be done to level 5 finish. Bathroom does not need to be done. We are getting retrofitted insualtion in walls (insulation guys will patch the holes but will need sanding). Standard 2.4m studs. Celings need to be redone (new ceiling gib in half of living space and lighting being changed to downlights in living and bedrooms). Some patches of new gib also.
