Exterior Solid Plastering

1930s art deco building. We are going to get it washed and painted, but there are a couple of cracks that need re-plastering first. One crack above windows, one above alcove and one ugly plastering job on front of building (prefer this one to follow current plastering pattern of building - see photo). If possible, please give an indication of cost for each (we may end up doing just one or two sections).
