T-shaped hallway needs a skim coat prior to sealing and painting. Dimensions are 5m long, and 3.1m at the top of the T. Standard 2.4m stud. I will sand walls and fill holes prior to skimming, and will supply GIB compounds (will just need to know preferred compound and quantity).
