Interior Plastering

I need to get a main bedroom (including ceiling) skim plastered and sanded ready for painting. I've removed old wallpaper leaving the plasterboard (contains straw) exposed. Window trims, skirting and architraves are all intact and sanded back. There's also some Gib/plaster fixes required around light switches and powerpoints throughout the house due to electrical upgrades recently done. The lounge and kitchen will need to be done at a later date.
