Please read carefully beofre you send request for this job: ***CAN YOU FINISH THE JOB IN ONE WEEK?? (a) Painting is for four bedroom house. Total size of the house is around 110m2. House is 45 years old. (b) There are currently wallpaper . So you need to takeoff those wall paper before painting. (c)You can quote with or without cost of paint. (d) There are asbestos type plaster on some ceiling (corridor, lounge, dining. see pics). We want those removed, re-plaster and paint. (e) Work should be started from 6th December . If you can finish the job within a short period of time without compromising quality that would be better. We need to know a very specified time from you about when you will finish the job as we will give notice to our current owner accordingly. (f) If you have more people to work at the same time so that you can finish the whole job in 7-8 days that would be preferred. (g) The house is located in Boundary road, Blockhouse bay
