Fix Mold Occurrence Issue

I need someone to come in and give a permanent solution to this moss in bathroom. I suspect it would need - fixing any leaks? scrapping/painting? but I am not sure, someone who has dealt with this prior, has confidence to fix and can help. I have had two people who came in , who cleaned it from outside but it did not do any help, so I need to get it fixed at the root of this issue.
