Prep kitchen for new cabinets

NEED BUILDERS FIRST, PLEASE!! So we're getting a new kitchen, goes in around the 11th of Nov. I am looking for: A builder that will a low ceiling "feature" and redo a pipe bulkhead. A tiler to remove tile and replace tile on the floor as well as on the walls. A plumber that will remove taps from a kitchen sink (for removal of the cabinets), re-run lines for the sink and a washer (now moving to the kitchen). An electrician will also be needed to shift outlets around the room. May be combined with another job of fully replacing the switch box. Time frame for this project is this: Nov 7th, hanging cabinets removed to adjust parts of the ceiling as needed. Nov 11th, rest of cabinets removed (by owner), plumber needs to come and cap the lines Nov 12th/13th, removal and install of new tiles. Nov 12th/13th electrician finished with shifting circuits Nov 13th/14th cabinets installed (by cabinet company) Nov 14th/15th, plumber returns to connect lines to sink and washing machine. Nov 14th/15th, electrician returns to connect the stove and hob. These times are not fully written in stone, but the cabinet's installation will begin on the 11th, so that is the critical time. Please, if you cannot do the job in these time frames, please do not offer to help. Don't want to waste your time and/or mine. Would be available on Tuesday/Wednesday for you to come by to give quotes. Thursday will award the job to one or more people. Tile will be provided. Electrical fittings will be provided. Kitchen taps will be provided. As per Body Corp rules, only Certified Tradesmen to work on the house.
