Room renovations

small bedroom needed plastering 2.1mtr x 3.2mtr approx. we have already stripped all wallpaper, looking for quote for the plastering only, would like a price difference for us to pigment seal the walls also or you to do it, have already bought the sealer. Also need our small hallway plastered 80cm x 1.1mtr approx, have already attempted to do it but results not ideal, need a quote to replaster, we will sand it back and seal if needed. Sorry all photos have uploaded upside down and unable to turn them right
