I have an old house of 1950s. Recently some moisture detected at 2 places and on investigation, water leakage around one of the bedroom's window and cladding, & due to this visible water damage to my subfloor. Chimney also to be capped to stop rainwater leaking into lounge wall. Also some of the stucco cladding has significant cracks which is to be repaired.
