Holes for lights

Hi there, we have 7 LED fittings that are smaller than the original lights we removed (by only a few mm, not a full size) and need to somehow get them installed. The ceiling is the usual plasterboard and the ceiling is very easy to access and move around in. Have just installed insulation through, so need to ensure it isn't compressed by working up there. If this is not possible, will look at getting larger lights! Can come any time to see the space, week days or weekend and job can be done during normal working hours of your choosing. Many thanks, F.
