Plaster walls & ceiling of a small laundry to paint ready finish

The laundry is 1.2m X 3.5m. One of the long walls is mostly window. The far wall will mostly be covered by appliances. The other narrow wall is mostly covered by a door . The other long wall had shelves that were removed leaving some small holes and imperfections. The following is the full scope of the work required. I need this done as soon as possible SCOPE OF WORK 1. Scrape back any loose material from walls, sand smooth and apply one coat of pigmented sealer to entire wall area. 2. Tape any cracks between ceiling boards. 3. Apply 1st coat of plaster to walls and ceiling. 4. Apply second coat of plaster to walls and sand smooth ready for new paint finish. 5. All surfaces to be finished to Level 4 finish. Note that as the back wall is concealed behind the washer, tub and dryer the level of finish here can be reduced where not visible. 6. Warranty on adherence of plaster to be confirmed, noting that cracking due to movement of the existing house cannot be warrantied.
