Replace Bathroom walls, ceiling & Skirtings

Bathroom - approx 2 sqm. Walls & ceiling are rotting, need to be replaced. Affecting the shower which will need to be removed to install new one. not sure if I may need an electrician to re-do all the wiring for lights after this has all been done. How much will all this cost esp for the removal of interior walls? Also we have skirting in lounge approx 7m long, about 15cm of it appears to be eaten away by boarer beetles/bugs, we need this treated and then replaced also. how much will this cost us? Thank you.

Karl contacted us almost immediately after our post. Very informative, understood our needs, no shortcuts with Karl we were impressed by how he investigated the problem and even spoke with our neighbours (as our houses are adjoined) to ensure the real problem was dealt with and fixed.
