Strip & Plaster Ceiling - 1 room

*****I have just tried to peirce a hole in the roof and it's a lot tougher than initially thought. It may be concrete, so I doubt if my job can even be done***** If anyone still wants to have a look, no problem. 4M x 3M room. Remove old textured ceiling (very hard plaster or concrete) and, insulate with batts or sound-proofing, gib and plaster. Seeking work done asap. 1 or 2 man job.
