Exterior plastering

This exterior plastering job has two parts: (1) plastering over some small holes in an exterior wall, left by screws/nails after the removal of some old screens that had been attached to the plaster work. There are approximately a dozen small holes in three places. (2) plaster work to address cracks in plaster following removal of some bolts and an old deck that had been attached. The plaster work is cosmetic, being a layer over the brick work. This job may need to be viewed and assessed beforehand. I'm seeking a result that is visually tidy, weather-tight and durable.
