Skim/Prep/Sand ready for paint - Hall and Bedroom (this week - read description)

I need someone to prep for painting a hallway and bedroom. The house is old, and there has been paper on the walls which I have removed. The surfaces are reasonable but need prepping/skimming in some places. Some aresa re very good, some need a bit more prep. I don't imagine it's more than a long days work. I need this done ASAP this week. A rough guess (without measuring) is that it's 50lm but includes a lot of door openings (~13 including 3 double+ sized) a very large window and one smaller window. Some of it may need nothing more than a quick sand. PLease only accept contact if you can meet the timing and can do the job cleanly.
