Plaster up holes in ceiling

we need someone to patch and plaster 2 small holes in our kitchen ceiling, plus skim over 3-4 other llight holes and patch up 2 more very small dents in interior walls. Also need to sand back this work, and sand back the work of a previous plasterer who failed to do this. The sanding is also in the ceiling from lights (approx 8 patches) and 2 small areas of patched up walls. 1 behind tv, and a small area in one of the bedrooms. Sanding is to be done to prepare for painting. I apologise if the terminology i used is not 100% correct
