Textured plastering over fibre cement boards

I have an area of 3.7m2 replaced Harditex external cladding that needs textured plastering to match the cladding on the rest of the house (see pics attached). It is a course texture and the Harditex already has a sealer/undercoat on. I will do all the masking so all you have to do is come onsite and apply the textured plaster layers. Budget is ~$170.
