One bedroom to plaster/Skim

A medium size room to be plastered with one or two coats as is quite rough. Need opinion on what prep to do and quote for skimming it. Have taken two layers of wallpaper off and still has some original paint. Need to get to a finish for wallpapering. Would need some joints to be filled around windows and adjoining walls. Has two large windows and two cupboards in room that cut down wall area. Floor area including windows, two cupboards and door is around 21m2.
