I have x 2 double size bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and hallway which needs new ceilings to match the new living room ceiling (repaired last year due to burst water pipe). Existing ceiling tiles will be removed prior to construction of new ceiling. Also - the bedroom and hallway walls will need a skim coat of plaster in order to prepare for painting. Total house size is about 80sqm,
