Require someone to sand a GIB ceiling (5900 x 2900). It is new GIB board, freshly painted. I sealer-undercoated and painted it with a roller, but it went a bit uneven texture (orange peel-ish) and patchy in areas. Looks good in bad light, but shows up in good light. I want it sanded back to the Gib so it can be re-painted. I sanded it prior, but my bad back has had enough! :). Ceiling is average height (2300-ish). Person to sand, only, or sand and paint.
