I saw Richard as a nice guy and we seemed to get on well. He came up with smart ideas and executed them reasonably well. But his communication is terrible when not onsite. He just wouldn't come back when he said and wouldn't answer any calls or txt until he felt like it. He would apologize then promise to return but usually didn't. This was very stressful for us as we had paid a substantial amount of money upfront. We tried to resolve it buy he just bailed and left it unfinished.

"Jackhammer existing plaster off 5.0 long meter wall Remove Rotten area of window Epoxy repair Undercoat Pef rod and seal watertight Dig a footing buy hand supplie and build steel cage for strength and solid pour concrete. Build a block wall 3.5 long x0.8 heigh and solid pour with concrete also backfill the wall also with concrete $1800 for all this ????? By the time running cost,taxes come out what is there left cause I can’t seem to find any substantial amounts of money anywher"
