Avondale unit re-fit

Small to midsized interior plastering project in a small unit in Avondale. Kitchen/living/bathroom re-fit. Roughly 43m2 wall area (18LMx2.4) has been re lined in new horizontally fixed plasterboard and requires plastering to paint quality finish. Also, entire ceiling in same area has been re lined (27m2) and is ready for plaster... (2.4 stud/flat ceiling) 18lineal meters to be square stopped. Additionally a very small area in bathroom (3 sheets) wall only would require first fill only before tiling. Tidy, and easily accessible site with easy parking right outside. All floor coverings have been removed to bare concrete to be replaced with new later... you don’t need your dropsheets!
