concrete rendering sandblasting existing steps

Hi need my front steps sand blasted to remove paint off the sides and then the stippled concrete to be rendered to remover stipple effect. Photos attached. May be 2 jobs? one sandlasting paint off and another rendering?

Very professional from quote stage to finish. Great communication through job (I was overseas when it happened and they contacted day prior to each visit etc which my wife really appreciated). Left site very clean and tidy - overall great job and would recommend them.
