Require a experienced transman to do the following: Exterior Cleaning Maintenance: Using a LOW pressure cleaning system. Using water and a mild chemical solution is acceptable Exterior Cladding to Joinery Junctions: Checking existing joinery to cladding sealing in good condition and any penetrations through the cladding are correctly re-sealed. Exterior Cladding repairs: Check all cladding , looking for any areas where cracks might be, any areas of delaminating ,unfinished texture coating to edges . Make good of all and any areas to make sure its coated in the right way.
