Exterior plastering - small patch and advice on cb fence render

We have a 1930s concrete bungalow, with rough-cast render. Have recently waterproofed the top of an entrance area and require the butynol lip/edge to be plastered over. Also have 5 concrete block fence columns, and approx 20lnm x 1.8m concrete walls, to be rendered. Ready to go, Mt Eden area.
