Plaster skimming a small bedroom

We have a small bedroom we want to have plaster skimmed ( walls only not ceiling) The walls are covered with textured paint - like paint that has been mixed with sand. I am in the process of sanding it all back, and will then paint over it with acrylic pigmented sealer. The room itself measures 2,.74m x 3.31m and the walls are 2.65m high. After taking into account windows and doors, there is 26m2 of wall area that needs to be plastered. My wife is pregnant and am keen to get the job done when she is away for a few days so she can avoid fumes. As a result the job will need to be done Friday 11th January - Monday 14th January.
