Corner of the rumpus room has been replaced as humidity from the garden outside was showing into the room. The whole are had wallpaper but the wallpaper had to be pulled out on the left wall, which measures 2.20 cm, half of that needs the gib boarding and the rest painting. The right hand side is 55 cm and also needs the same work. Also fix small flood damage next to the job. Height is 2 mt.
