Plastering Bedroom & Hall

Job description

Interior plastering
Auckland

We are undergoing a renovation and in order to remain in the house we are doing a few bits and pieces prior to the major works. We have a bedroom and hall way that requires Gib Stopping. Bedroom - is about 15sqm in size. Has three walls (2.4m stud) recently been lined. Plaster board has been fixed horizontally in full sheets, so in many walls there is just one horizontal tapered join. There are two internal corners and one external corner to plaster. No wardrobes ect. The room is empty. The ceiling in the bedroom has had cornice and pelmets removed and new plaster board (~200mm width) patched where the cornice used to be. This will need to be stopped and the wall and ceiling square stopped. Hall way - The hall way is 7m long. One wall requires stopping after new lining. Again the sheets are fixed horizontally. Similar to the bedroom cornicing has been removed and patched with new plasterboard and requires plastering.
