Patch up lounge + Sand floors

Old fireplace (main part has gone, guts of it is left) in our lounge needs honing back to frame up for gib-board. Remove ceiling cornice in the room, plaster the corners (and the patched-up fireplace). We'll do the painting. There is also some floor sanding and varnishing as well..
