Ensuite, walk in wardrobe addition

I have a bay villa with back to back fire places currently between the front 2 rooms on the bay side of the house. The fireplaces share a chimney. I am wanting to remove the fireplaces and chimney and replace the space with 2 spaces - an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe. Would also require the removal of a double sash window in 1 room and replacement with a single sash window.
