Plastering the corridoor for painting

Hi there, My corridor has approximately 20 square metres of old gib with an ugly 1970s texture. I need the texture removed and the wall plastered, to be made ready for painting. If you don't want to remove the texture, I can send myself and you plaster. We are looking to sell the house, so cost of the job is the most important thing to us, rather than quality and long lasting. But it needs to look reasonably good for sale. Thanks, Nathan ---
