Plastering and repairing part of block wall

Hi, I need our block wall plastered and finished so it looks like existing block wall. Also the other side would also need to be done but it is not at ground level so would require a ladder. I would need it done ASAP. Can you please send through price and when you could do job. Can you please send through price based on photos and measurements in photos. Thanks
