Hi, i have a ~ 4m x 3m room, 2.7m ceiling, 1 double window, in a 1940s era house. i've stripped the room back to studs, flattened the walls , insulated and re-gibbed with 2.4m, 13mm board, and backblocked the vertical and ceiling joints. there is also what used to be a cupboard door in the hallway that has been closed in and needs to be plastered. i'm looking for someone to plaster the room and hallway door, ready for painting. ceiling corners do not need to be done (will be hidden by coving). could you describe what products you'd use (paper/fibre tape, dust control vacuum/sanding etc), and what qualifications/references etc you have. i'm just looking for quotes at the moment, but if available in the next couple of weeks then it's possible i'll go ahead soon. thanks!
