Small exterior plastering job

We have an exterior concrete block wall that needs to be plastered, which is about 5 metres long by 2.5m high, as well as the concrete block strip about 40cm high that runs from the ground up to the cedar cladding. Not sure how long this is but there's a strip running up to our front door as well as along from the block wall on the side of our house.
