We have a 90m2 two story 3 bed house thats been reclad, the majority of the gib board on the outside walls downstairs has pulled off to do the frame work, a lot of the ceiling as well. Upstairs is 2 beds and a bathroom, master bed has been extended and again lots of new gib to go up, second bed upstairs has some existing and some new gib. The ceilings upstairs have also changed from vaulted to cathedral to allow for beams etc. There is also an attached garage that will require some plastering where existing and new gib meet. Its scheduled to be gibbed this weekend. Need a plasterer for all this interior work and would welcome some quotes on painting, both interior and exterior.
