We have 3 bedrooms and two coat cupboards that need the walls skim coated. To give you an idea of the size of the rooms. Below is the floor area of each. Bedroom 1 = 11.9m2 Bedroom 2 = 8.1m2 Bedroom 3 = 7.2m2 We also need the rooms painted which is up as a separate job. Let us know if you can do both.
