Our bedroom is 3m x 3.7m. I have just taken off all of the wallpaper and I would like the walls to be "skimmed". The current finish is quite good, but we want the finish to he smooth and there are a few bumps currently. We think we will do the painting ourselves, but quote for both painting and plastering separately and together and then we will decide.
