Plastering and Painting

We have plastering and painting job for a newly gibed renovation house, about 120 squire meters. Must be able to start end of next week. High standard of work is needed. The house is in Remuera but be aware we are doing this because we need to as it is an old age house, our budget is not unlimited. :-) References will be required, only skilled / experienced tradesman please. This is a rental property - high efficiency is required too as we are striving to get the house finished so we can get new tenants.
