Quick turn-around plastering

We have two rooms that require plastering. Only level 4 plastering required. The first room is small, 2.45mx3.19m with a ceiling height of 2.8m. We will have finished the gibbing of the ceiling and the walls by Wednesday evening, and was hoping to get someone in to plaster it for us this week (ideally want to start painting over the weekend). The second room is not ready for plastering yet, but would be finished within +- two weeks. This room is 3.1mx3.2m with a ceiling height of 2.8m.
