Small wall repair jib and sand/paint concrete wall in stairwell

Hi this is inside a work premises there has been a leak and a small part of the wall (corner 1 side 1x2.4m) needs to come down and fresh jib up (also if any framing behind is damaged to be repaired/replaced) - this is at the top of a stair well that has a concrete wall where the paint is all peeling from the leak, we would like this sanded and repainted (area approx 4x2m)
