Re attach storage rack to wall & fix hole in wall

The hang rail and storage rack within a walk in closet collapsed due to over loading- left a small hole (6cmx2.5 cm) in the false wall - (main wall intact)- the rail itself is intact. (Pictures attached) Need re doing the plugs and screw (may be larger size) to fix the hooks holding the hang rail- need superficial plastering and paint match (rough) of the false wall.
