Only reason I can't give correct rating for adherence to cost is that after arranging the plastering Endijs took on the painting of the flats as well. This is not quite finished so I have not paid the whole bill yet. I am very pleased with both the plastering and the painting, and would recommend his work to anyone. His decorating business deserves an "A" Plus.
