Crack and chips in a wall needs repairing

We're moving out of a house and there are one or two cracks on the walls that the Land Lords want us to fix, as well as a big chip in the paint. It's not a big job and might only require paint and a small bit of plastering. The main two issues are: A small crack in one of the walls. Paint chipped away another, about 2cm in diameter See pictures.
